Official authorities decide. Only a USDA-accredited veterinarian can examine your pet and issue a health certificate. Only USDA APHIS can endorse it. Only the destination authorities (for example the UK Animal and Plant Health Agency, Heathrow Animal Reception Centre or an EU border authority) and your carrier decide whether your pet may travel or enter. Requirements can change without notice. Always confirm with your veterinarian, APHIS (https://www.aphis.usda.gov/pet-travel) and the destination authority before travel. If anything we provide conflicts with an official source, the official source prevails.

No affiliation. Petjet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for USDA, APHIS, DEFRA, APHA, the European Commission, any EU member state or any airline.

You stay in control. You choose your veterinarian, book your travel, sign your own declarations and pay veterinary, government and airline fees directly to those parties. Petjet never signs documents on your behalf and does not transport animals.

Pet health. Decisions about your pet's health, vaccinations, treatments and fitness to travel are for you and your veterinarian.

Automation. Parts of the Service use automated tools, including AI. Outputs may contain errors. Review everything and raise questions with your veterinarian.

Limited guarantee. Our only guarantee is a refund of the Petjet service fee if entry is refused because of a Petjet Error, subject to the exclusions in the Terms of Service.
